We, at South Asia FM Limited (RedFM, We, us, our) a radio and broadcasting network company incorporated under the Indian Companies Act, 1956 having its registered office address at Murasoli Maran Towers, 73 MRC Nagar Main Road, MRC Nagar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu – 600028, India and / or its subsidiary(ies), affiliate(s) (collectively referred to as the "Company") respect the privacy of our users (Users, you, your) and is committed to protect it in all respect.
We want you to be informed of our practices, when we collect, process, use and disclose information. This Privacy Notice ("Policy") governs our data collection, processing, transfer protocols, to enable you to better understand the manner in which we handle your personal information (as defined at law).
This Policy covers only information collected through our website at https://www.redfmindia.in (Website) that provides radio and broadcasting services(Services) and does not cover any other data collection or processing, without limitation, collection conducted offline, or through our products or services that do not link directly with this Policy, or by third-party sites that we may link to.
By accessing, downloading, and / or using the Website, you agree to be governed by the terms of this Policy. This Policy shall be read in conjunction with the Terms of Use available at https://www.redfmindia.in/terms-and-conditions, which shall form a binding agreement with you.
This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Information) Rules, 2011 and Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines & Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 under the Information Technology Act, 2000
You are not always required to provide information about yourself when you visit or browse through our Website. We do not collect personal identifying information on our Website unless you consent to provide that information to us for using any Service. We may ask you to provide certain personal information when you (including but not limited to):

Information collected from you when you subscribe to a paid subscription, you shall provide us or your payment provider with your payment details, address, billing or any other financial information. You will also be bound by the terms of use, privacy policies of these payment providers, and we urge you to review and familiarize yourself with the policies of these websites, prior to continuous interaction with them
Information may be collected from you for marketing and promotional purposes. We may collect information regarding events related to ad serving activity such as the number of ads or type of ads shown to a user or ads clicked by a user on different scenarios or post-click activity in relation to the ad. This allows us to personalize and develop user analytics in a secure and non-identifying way for users.

RedFM will only share your data with third parties in accordance with this Policy in order to provide the Services and enable improved user experiences. Authorized third party service providers may collect non-contact information about your visits to our Services with cookies, web beacons and other similar technologies that may be used to deliver advertisements tailored to your interests. RedFM ensures data is processed lawfully, fairly and for the purpose of Services offered by the Website.
RedFM maintains appropriate technical and physical safeguards to protect Information against accidental or unlawful destruction or loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosures or access, and any other unlawful forms of processing of the data in its possession. However, RedFM does not guarantee that Information will not be accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed by breach of any of the abovementioned safeguards. RedFM takes all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that information is treated securely and in accordance with this Policy.
RedFM does not warrant that the platform so provided, its servers, or any communications shared by us or on our behalf are completely impenetrable from a security standpoint or are virus free. We cannot guarantee the security of our database, nor can we guarantee that information you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the internet. RedFM will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Website, including, but not limited to any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly or any loss of data, use, good-will, or other intangible losses.
The Services are not directed to persons under legal age of eighteen years. RedFM does not knowingly collect any information from children under legal age. If we are informed that a child under legal age has provided us with their personal information, we will take all the necessary steps to remove such information from our servers and terminate such account. The Company may periodically review from time to time and change this Policy to incorporate such future changes as may be considered appropriate and shall strive to intimate and update you of such changes with prior notice, where possible.
